3rd Nine Weeks Goals:

• No Bus Discipline or Office Referrals
• No more than 2 tardies during the 9 weeks
• Score a 4 or 5 OR make at least one level of growth on ELA MVP3
• Score a 4 or 5 OR make at least one level of growth on Math MVP3
• 5th Grade--Score a 4 or 5 OR make at least one level of growth on Science MVP3

4th Grade students must meet 3 out of 4 goals to receive the incentive for the 3rd Nine weeks.
5th Grade students must meet 4 out of 5 goals to receive the incentive for the 3rd Nine weeks.
